Analog Way Aquilon RS4 Rental

The Aquilon RS4 is a 5RU multi-screen presentation system and videowall processor from Analog Way’s LivePremier line. It handles 24 seamless 4K60p inputs and 16 active 4K60p outputs from one chassis. As a result, it covers most large corporate general sessions, broadcast sets and touring rigs without linking multiple processors. For shows that outgrow it, the RS6 offers a larger I/O count in the same platform.

4K Videowall Processing and Layer Management

The RS4 processes at 10 and 12-bit 4:4:4 with latency as low as one frame in proper configuration. Program throughput reaches 120 megapixels at 10-bit 4:4:4 at 60Hz. Additionally, real-time SDR, HDR10 and HLG conversion runs through 3D LUT based color correction. Outputs can be configured as single screens or edge-blended widescreens, and program outputs can be placed anywhere on the canvas for LED wall work. Depending on setup, the system provides up to 12 4K mixing layers or 24 4K split layers. Two dedicated multiviewer outputs each carry 64 resizable widgets for monitoring.

I/O Flexibility and Show Control

Inputs ship as 12 HDMI 2.0, 8 DisplayPort 1.2 and 4 12G-SDI, with 16 HDMI 2.0 outputs. However, all I/O cards are field-replaceable, and optional cards add NDI, SDVoE, ST 2110, fiber and SFP+ connectivity. Onboard Dante provides 64×64 audio channels at 48kHz with de-embedding and embedding on every input and output. Operators control the system through the Web RCS drag and drop interface, the RC400T event controller or Crestron, AMX and Q-SYS integration.

Reliability for Touring and Staging

The ruggedized chassis includes redundant swappable power supplies and a cleanable air filter. Therefore, the RS4 handles repeated truck packs, long show runs and demanding load-in schedules. If your show needs more capacity, consider the Analog Way Aquilon RS6 with 32 inputs and 20 outputs. Add the Aquilon RS4 to your cart to request a quote.
