The success of this event was largely dependent on the prep as there was little time for load-in on site. Utilizing our Van Nuys warehouse and prep space, the PRG Gear team worked diligently to ensure that the gear was properly labeled and organized for quick deployment. This entailed detailed color coding of cases — broken out by room and then product discipline, efficient loading of trucks, consistent labeling and documentation, and more. Having a clear plan for prep and a professional staff to execute it allowed CDK Events more time to focus on their event and less time worrying about the gear.
