Broadcast Grade Indoor LED Panel with Fine Pixel Pitch
The ROE Black Onyx BO2 is a 2.84mm indoor LED tile built for broadcast sets, corporate staging and touring. Winner of the IDEA Gold Award and Red Dot Award, the panel pairs SMD 1515 black LEDs with a calibrated brightness of 1800 nits. The black LED package deepens on-screen blacks and pushes contrast to 6000:1. As a result, the BO2 holds up on camera and under studio lighting where washed-out panels fail. For larger screens viewed from farther back, the Black Onyx BO3 offers the same platform at a 3.47mm pitch.
LED Wall Rental Specs and Construction
Each panel measures 500 x 500 x 90mm, weighs 9.35 kg and uses a lightweight magnesium-based frame. Four identical push-out modules make up each panel, and every module stores its own calibration data. Therefore, module swaps during a show run don’t require recalibration. Panels support front and rear service, and magnet-assisted assembly with a smart-lock system speeds positioning during load-in. An integrated LCD on each panel provides quick status read-out for LED wall techs.

The BO2 runs on Brompton processing, the standard for on-camera LED work in broadcast and virtual production.
