The Riedel RSP-1232HL is a 2RU SmartPanel built for operators who manage many comms channels at once. It provides 32 hybrid lever keys, each with an integrated rotary encoder and push button. As a result, users can talk, listen and adjust levels without leaving the key. Directors, producers, stage managers and comms engineers rely on this density during complex shows.
RSP-1232HL Touch Displays and Key Labeling
Three high-resolution, sunlight-readable, multi-touch displays sit alongside the keys. Each key label offers an 8-character main label, a 16-character sub-label and user-defined icons. Additionally, color-coded Logical Groups and RGB LED rings help operators find the right channel quickly. Icon-based signaling shows each key state at a glance. Operators can also choose a Talk/Listen or Talk/Mute workflow for each panel.
Stereo Monitoring and IP Connectivity
DSP-controlled stereo loudspeakers deliver clear speech and program audio at the position. For connectivity, the panel offers 2 SFP and 2 RJ45 ports for SMPTE 2110-30 (AES67). It also connects to Artist matrix frames over AES3 on RJ45 or BNC. Meanwhile, two analog 4-wire ports and three GPI inputs and outputs handle outside equipment. Two headset connectors and a gooseneck mic jack round out the front panel.
