The Panasonic ET-D3LEW60 is a wide zoom lens for Panasonic 3-chip DLP projectors. It covers a 19.6-23.5 mm focal range at F2.5. On most WUXGA projectors, the throw ratio runs 0.924-1.10:1. Therefore, it sits between the short throw fixed lenses and the standard ET-D3LEW10 zoom.

ET-D3LEW60 Throw Ratios and Zoom Range

Throw ratio varies by projector. For example, 4K+ models see 0.991-1.18:1. The PT-RQ25K series runs 1.12-1.32:1. As a result, crews can fill a wide screen from a closer position than a standard lens allows. The zoom range also adds flexibility when the final projector position changes on site.

Compatible Projectors and Lens Details

The lens fits the PT-RQ45K, PT-RZ44K, PT-RQ35K2, PT-RZ34K2, PT-RQ25K, PT-RZ24K, PT-RQ18K and PT-RZ17K. It also works with the PT-RZ14K and PT-HTQ20. At about 8.7 kg, it is heavier than the ET-D3LEW10. Therefore, plan rigging and projector frames with the full lens weight in mind.
