The L-Acoustics 108P is a compact, self-powered enclosure in the L-Acoustics P coaxial series. It features a 1.5’’ diaphragm compression driver coaxially loaded by an 8’’ low-frequency transducer in a bass-reflex tuned enclosure. This design ensures maximum acoustical and mechanical integrity, thanks to its first-grade Baltic birch plywood construction.

Exceptional Sound Performance

The 108P operates over a frequency range of 55 Hz to 22 kHz, extendable to 40 Hz with the SB15P subwoofer. In addition, its bi-amplified coaxial configuration offers a 100° axi-symmetric directivity output, providing a smooth tonal response without secondary lobes. This also ensures exceptional feedback immunity, making it ideal for monitoring applications.

Versatile Applications

The L-Acoustics 108P is perfect for front-of-house, distributed applications, and half-space loading conditions. Its wedge shape allows for a 30° angle when used as a floor monitor. The unit can also be pole-mounted using the integrated socket or flown with the ETR8-2 bracket, enhancing its versatility.

Advanced DSP and Amplification

The built-in DSP module manages the crossover network, time alignment, and dual-protection circuits for both drivers. The system’s 2-channel power amplification module and DSP ensure optimal acoustic performance, tailored by the preset and physical configuration used.
