iFORTE LTX for GroundControl Remote Followspot
The GroundControl Robe iFORTE LTX is customized to offer compatibility with the PRG GroundControl Followspot System.
The PRG GroundControl Followspot System gives a followspot operator the freedom to remotely operate a high output automated luminaire as a followspot from up to 2,000 feet away. Designers now have total creative freedom to put followspots in places that were either previously unusable or involved complex rigging. With the GroundControl (GC) Followspot System, the operator is located away from the luminaire, making the required physical footprint significantly smaller than conventional followspots. Because of this small footprint and low weight, followspots can now be placed in a wide variety of positions.
iFORTE LTX Output and Optics
A 1,000 W white LED engine at 6,700 K drives up to 55,000 lumens of fixture output. The 13-lens system gives a 15:1 zoom from 3.5° to 52° through a 245 mm front lens. Remotely selectable filters raise CRI to 80 or 90 for camera work and skin tones. As a result, one fixture handles tight pickups at long range and wider coverage on closer subjects.
Color, Framing and Camera-Ready Features
CMY mixing, variable CTO from 3,000 K to 6,700 K and ChromaTint green correction let designers tune the white for the room and the camera. The PLANO4 framing system has four individually positioned blades, and the full module rotates plus or minus 60°. A motorized iris trims spot size. Cpulse flicker-free management keeps output clean on HD, UHD and higher-resolution cameras.
Built for Stadiums, Festivals and Broadcast
The iFORTE LTX suits stadium tours, outdoor festivals, arenas and broadcast specials where followspot positions sit far from the stage or are hard to staff.
