24-Cell Full-Spectrum IP65 LED Batten

The Chauvet COLORado Solo Bar 6 is the longest model in Chauvet’s COLORado Solo Bar line: a 24-cell IP65 batten about 1.77 m long. Each square cell is a homogenized five-color engine of red, green, blue, warm white and lime, so the color reads evenly from edge to edge instead of as separate LED points. Total output is rated at 25,198 lumens, enough for long washes, cyc lighting and bold pixel effects. It is built for rental, touring, broadcast and theater work indoors or out.

Solo Bar 6 Output and Color

With no filter installed, the beam angle is 16.7° and the field angle 36.1°, putting 5,834 lux on a target at 5 m. Swappable 50/50, cyc and stealth filters widen and soften the beam, and the cyc filter opens it to a 40.7° beam and 84.4° field. CRI is rated at 95, and color temperature presets run from 2,800 K to 8,000 K. Lime and warm white help with skin tones and pastels that RGB alone struggles to reach. Dimming uses 18-bit curves, and PWM is selectable up to 25,000 Hz for camera work.

Control, Power and Construction

The Solo Bar 6 accepts DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN and CRMX wireless, with 72 personalities ranging from 1-cell to full 24-cell control at up to 387 channels. Power runs on 100-240 V AC through Seetronic Powerkon IP65 in and out, and data connects via 5-pin IP65 XLR and an etherCON-compatible port. Draw is 600 W at 120 V, so only two units link on a 120 V circuit, or four at 208-240 V. The diecast aluminum housing weighs 22.3 kg (49 lbs), and a pressure-equalizing GORE valve protects the IP65 seal. Integrated guide pins line up multiple units end to end for continuous runs.

Long Washes for Touring, Festivals and Broadcast

The Solo Bar 6 suits cyc and backdrop washes, festival stage edges, broadcast sets, theater groundrows and building washes at outdoor events. It runs from -20°C to 45°C, and quiet operation (about 25 dB(A) at 1 m) makes it workable in studios and quiet theaters. Our product experts can help plan circuits and fixture counts for long Solo Bar 6 runs. Add the COLORado Solo Bar 6 to your cart to request a quote.
