BARCO ENCORE E2 PROCESSOR
The BARCO Encore E2 Processor is a full-sized Event Master screen management system built for demanding live productions. Designed for concerts, corporate events, broadcast, esports, and large-scale projection or LED displays, it combines powerful 4K processing with flexible screen management in a single chassis.
Supporting native 4K input and output, the E2 delivers exceptional image quality while simplifying complex video workflows. Its modular design and scalable architecture also make it a reliable choice for both standalone systems and large multi-processor productions.
Advanced 4K Screen Management
The E2 supports native 4K at 60 Hz with 4:4:4 color sampling and 12-bit processing for outstanding image fidelity. It can process up to 32 inputs and 16 outputs, with support for eight program outputs and four scaled auxiliary outputsin a single system.
The processor handles HD, Dual Link, and 4K sources simultaneously. It also supports up to 32 HD PiPs or 8 4K PiPs, allowing operators to create sophisticated multi-layer presentations for LED walls, projection mapping, and live events.
Each destination includes an unscaled background layer, maximizing available processing resources for overlays, keys, and transitions.
Flexible for Complex Productions
The E2’s modular architecture allows users to add or replace input and output cards as production needs evolve. Multiple chassis can also be linked together to expand processing capacity for massive display canvases and multi-screen environments.
The rental configuration includes 14 outputs, supporting up to three 4K outputs, along with SDI and HDMI connectivity for a wide range of professional video systems.
Additionally, the processor supports HDMI, DisplayPort, Dual-Link DVI, and 3G-SDI inputs, making it compatible with virtually any modern production workflow.
