VER Invests in Improved Los Angeles Facilities

Additional space and new technology create an even better client experience.

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–VER, the leading global provider of production equipment and engineering support, announced the opening/upgrade of their state-of-the-art Los Angeles facilities, including its new headquarters.

The company has made a significant investment in facilities and technology to offer an even better client experience. VER has consolidated their operation into three locations: an eleven-acre primary campus, a nearly 100,000-square-foot facility dedicated to LED and media servers, and a recently acquired 67,000-square-foot facility dedicated to lighting. In total, VER now occupies nearly 400,000 square feet.

As VER continues to build preeminence in each category it competes in – camera, AV, video systems, lighting, media servers, broadcast, LED, audio, fiber and rigging – it was important to add dedicated, high-tech facilities for each, which this move does.

Located at 800 W. Milford Street, Glendale, CA, the primary campus is the largest facility and includes offices as well as separate buildings for storage and QC for much of the company’s enormous inventory of equipment. The VER campus also features:

• A dedicated state-of-the-art camera prep space with 20 prep bays, a lens projection room, and sensor calibration room
• A research and development lab actively innovating on behalf of the firm’s clients
• A machine shop with three high-volume capacity 3-D printers, water jetting and 11 CNC machines for modifying or creating solutions

VER’s LED and Media Server building, located at 4844 San Fernando Road, Glendale, CA, features LED calibration rooms to ensure the company’s incredibly diverse inventory of LED panels is kept at the highest standards of quality and uniformity possible.

The new, high-tech VER “Light Lab,” at 12950 Pierce St. Pacoima, CA, enables clients to design, test, and prep systems in real time. The facility boasts three previz rooms and the largest prep rig in Los Angeles.

Beginning Monday, August 22, clients that picked up or returned equipment at 912 Ruberta in Glendale, CA will now be served from VER’s headquarters at 800 W. Milford Street. Glendale, CA. VER agents will instruct clients on the exact pick-up/return location.
