The Meyer UM-1P Ultra Stage Monitor features a compact, self-powered design. It includes a 12″ cone driver and a 3″ diaphragm compression driver, delivering exceptional sound clarity. Its dedicated class AB/bridged amplifier with complementary MOSFET output stages provides 700 watts total power, ensuring robust performance for both high- and low-frequency drivers.

Exceptional Sound Quality

The UM-1P produces flat amplitude and phase responses, offering full-range bandwidth and impressive impulse response. With a peak SPL of 133 dB at 1 meter, it ensures excellent intelligibility without distortion or coloration. TruPower limiting technology also prevents driver over-excursion and regulates voice coil temperature. This allows for high sound pressure levels with minimal power compression.

Intelligent Design

Featuring a narrow, symmetrical coverage of 45° horizontal x 45° vertical, the UM-1P provides precise aiming with minimal interaction between adjacent units. Its Constant-Q horn maintains consistent beam width across its operating frequency range, delivering uniform frequency response with minimal side lobes. Additionally, the Intelligent AC power supply offers automatic voltage selection, EMI filtering, high voltage transient suppression, and soft start at power-up.

Advanced Monitoring Capabilities

The UM-1P can be integrated into Meyer Sound’s RMS remote monitoring system with an optional module. This Windows-based application also allows for comprehensive monitoring of amplifier and limiter operating parameters, enhancing operational efficiency.
